Yesterday was a long day! The hotel did not have a computer and I didn't call the webmaster (Carey). So today you get the report on 2 days.
I do want to mention something about the picture of the Marysville, Ohio sign. Jessica told us that Marysville is the home of Scott's Lawn Care. That is why it says the grass is always greener there. Interesting!
Yeterday we rode from Marysville to Wooster. We were told to expect hills of all sizes but the long steep ones were after mile 75. I tried to save energy and ride smart before mile 75. When I arrived at the last SAG I was a little nervous because the tough hills were about to happen. I spoke to a veteran from last year earlier in the day and was told I would have no problem. I expected hills like we have in the Hilly Hundred. I actually had no problems at all with any of the hills. I told some of the staff at the end of the ride that I couldn't find the hills. Were there any? I was very, very happy that I did so well. Choked me up!!!!
